If sending your laptop or other electronic devices by post make sure you include :
- power supply, lead
- drivers CD's (Any CD/DVD from manufacture)
- Contact details and RMA number from Customer service contact form

When we receive your package our engineers will diagnose faults
and will then contact you as to the cost of repairs.

Additional information:
For postal service there is NO FIX NO FEE for all repairs
Customers need to pay for return P&P (postage and packing) only
